the location was convenient. (a big plus for exploring the area)

The heat wasn't working properly. it was very cold all day, then boiling hot or completely off at night. at the front desk, they charged different prices for the coffee every day. The same coffee had a different price each time!

the location is quite convenient for getting around. i found the metro station to be a short walk away. the staff were helpful . i also appreciated the spaciousness of the room i had it was comfortable for one person.

the room lacked a few basic amenities. i noticed there was no trashcan in the room. the showerhead seemed a bit broken. i also did not find a hair dryer available.
